Thinking the more action you take the more results you will get is the biggest waste of your time and energy.
This may work when you start taking action.... But over time it creates something called burnout because you reach a point where you can't physically do any more.
Think about it.... If more action = more results, wouldn't everyone who took massive action create more results?
Do you know people who take a TON of action, yet don't produce what they want?
If we were to look at this idea when it comes to your health... If you wanted to get healthier, would you work out 6 hours a day, 7 days a week?
After the first few days that wouldn't be called progress, as much as it's would be called injury.
