Everyone has off days.

Whether today is one of those days or not, I want to share the unusual strategies I've found to get me through those tough days when you don't feel like showing up.

Being a former police officer for 20 years, suffering through an autoimmune disease, creating and running an online life coaching school, and trying to be an intentional parent and spouse, I can't have many "off days" or they quickly turn into off weeks and before I know it I'm back where I first started.

That is not what I want for myself or my goals, and you might feel the same way, which is why I want to share these unusual strategies to make the most of your "off days".

The mistakes that most people make is they either power through those days and "force" things...

Or they give themselves too much grace and spend the next few weeks not plugging in at all.
