How can we show up in a way that teaches our kids how to be powerful leaders when they get older? This is something we've been asking ourselves recently. I know there are certain things I can't totally control, like what my kids actually do when they get older... What I can control though, is how I show up for them and the behaviors that I model.
Having dove deep into what those behaviors are we want to teach them, as well as various mindsets that we want to instill in our kids, we've come up with a list of things we CAN do on our part. And we would love to share it with anyone who also feels like they are on a mission to empower their kids to be great leaders too... Not because there is one, right, best, only way to raise kids...
