In this episode, we are going to dive into some of the challenges women face in their leadership journey, including leading in their career, their business, their family, their community, and themselves, by interviewing a powerful leader.... My wife Teresa.
We will also be diving into biases she has come across, specific strengths she has because she's leading as a woman, how she managed to juggle multiple roles, how she found balance in it all, and how she still showed up as her true and authentic self in all of her leadership roles.
