So what is mental toughness?
Mental toughness is defined as "Having the natural or developed psychological edge that enables you to be more consistent and better than your opponents in remaining determined, focused, confident, and in control under pressure."
If you can't tell, all of those things are a game changer when it comes to sports, but they also will change the game for your business too.
