STOP Pushing Through: The 3 Times It's DAMAGING Your Leadership!
As a leader, sometimes we have to do the hard things... Which includes telling others what they need to hear...
And that also applies to ourselves sometimes.
But what I've found, is there are 3 times when being hard on myself actually hurts both me and those I'm leading and throws us all off track.
And when I hear people say to "just push through" there is some truth to that, but there are a few times that doing so will actually do more harm than good.
