Most people think they need to reprogram their mind because there's something wrong with them, and they attack this from a "shame" or "guilt" angle.
But what if instead of thinking about reprogramming your mind, we took the angle of actually programming it in the first place!
Most people don't even realize the energy that you approach this with has everything to do with whether you'll be successful with it.
If you feel there's something wrong with you, your brain, or that your past defines you, you'll always be chasing something that you never reach.
Instead, I've found it always serves me to come from a place of understanding AND compassion, because that's the only way I can get myself to buy in to actually change my circumstances... and especially my mind.
