5 Mindset Shifts to Avoid Starting Over and Keep Moving Forward

How many times have you "started over", feeling like you're all the way at the beginning and starting from scratch?


How does that FEEL in your body when you even think about starting over?


Terrible, right?


So let's get out from under this BS that we tell ourselves that helps keep us stuck exactly where we are at.


Because thinking that you're "starting over" is the worst thing you can think if you actually want to make progress in that specific area.


I get why you'd think that... Maybe you haven't been consistent, you're moving onto a new business venture, or you're trying something new...


But let me ask you, how does it feel when you tell yourself that everything you've done in your past is irrelevant and won't help you with this future project, just because your brain wants to take it easy and not try it?


If you climbed 1/2 a mountain, and rested at camp.... Do you wake up the next morning, walk all the way to the bottom, erase all your memory of the mountain, and start over?


Um... NO!  At least I hope not, but that's what we do inside our brains when we think this way.
